At Mentors Connect Professional Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and professional development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which students and clients may request a refund of course fees. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Conditions

Refunds are considered only upon receipt of a formal written request by the student/client.

All requests must include proof of payment and reason for withdrawal.

Refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days of approval.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

The Institute cancels or reschedules a course without offering a suitable alternative.

The student withdraws at least 14 days before the start date of the program.

Duplicate payments or overpayments are made in error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Student withdrawal after course commencement.

Failure to attend classes or non-participation without official notice.

Dismissal due to misconduct, violation of the Institute’s Code of Conduct, or breach of Terms and Conditions.

Fees paid for administrative charges, registration, or study materials.

4. Partial Refunds

If a withdrawal request is made within 7 days of the course start date, the Institute may grant up to 50% refund, subject to approval.

After the first week of training, no refunds will be applicable.

5. Deferrals and Transfers

Instead of a refund, students may request a deferral (transfer to a future session) once, at the Institute’s discretion.

Course transfers are subject to availability and may attract an administrative fee.

6. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment (e.g., bank transfer).

The Institute will not be responsible for delays caused by banking or third-party payment systems.

7. Policy Updates

The Institute reserves the right to review and update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Students will be notified of any significant changes before implementation.
